Disclaimer

Blabber.net and its respective server administrators reserve the right to allow or disallow connections to this IRC network and/or individual IRC servers connected to the network, without notification or justification.

Blabber.net and its respective server administrators also reserve the right to act in anyway they see fit against those connecting to the network abusing it, its resources, or any of its users.

Blabber.net is, in no way, associated with the organisations that host the individual servers that make up the network. Blabber.net and these organisations take no responsibility for the traffic that passes through the network. Blabber.net disclaims any legal liability for the result of any commands which you do as a result of being on IRC, and the contents of any messages that pass through this network and/or any of the participating servers.

Certain Blabber.net servers perform insecure proxy scans. These scans take the form of probes to ports 23, 80, 1080, 3128, and 8080. This is NOT a hack or nuke attempt. An insecure proxy is a socks or web proxy server that allows users from the internet to connect through it to another site on the internet without performing authentication to validate that these users are, in fact, allowed to use this proxy. This allows anyone to hide their real IP address from services they use or abuse. Blabber.net does not allow connections from these servers, to protect ourselves from untracable flooding or abuse, and to protect you, the person running the proxy, from being blamed for this abuse.
