If you're not sure which is best and you're connecting from within South Africa, using za.blabber.net will connect you to a random local server, which should suffice in most cases. If you're connecting from outside South Africa, using intl.blabber.net will connect you to a random server with good international connectivity. Connecting to irc.blabber.net will connect you to a random server, regardless of location.
